Qualifications:


  • Personal Trainer/ Fitness Instruction/Strength Coach
  • Physical Training Specialist
  • Fitness Instruction: 
    Assess, design and implement successful new programs for clients with various fitness goals.
  • Strength Training: 
    Train new clients on proper strength training techniques using free weights and machines.
  • Lifestyle and Weight Management programs:
    Encourage healthier eating habits with dietary routines and monitored exercise regime.
  • Designs and implements strength training courses for senior citizens
  • Extensive Rehabilitation experience
  • Running and Marathon Training:
    Design and monitor individual running programs for aspiring beginners and experienced runners.
  • Coach:
    swimming, soccer and basketball teams.
